The 24-year-old has been out of favour at the Camp Nou this term, having scored six times in 18 appearances last season, but
failing to break into the first team this season after surgery on his internal meniscus towards the end of last season and a five-month rehabilitation period.

Inter will also have the option to make the deal permanent for €35m, and bonuses, should his loan spell at the Serie A side go

"I'm really happy, it’s a great feeling to be here. It’s an important stage in my life and
I had a lot of desire to approach this new phase in my career," said Rafinha on the move.
"There have been a lot of important players at Inter who have made history. I want to do my best and give everything to
finish as high as possible and win titles with this shirt.
"I hope to play in as many matches as possible and help the team to reach our objective which is Champions League qualification."
Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde, said: "I spoke to him about his injury and my opinion was that he needs to play minutes and in Barcelona it would be complicated
after our last market movements.
"Our idea is to let him to play after a long time off and if he played against Espanyol [last week in the Copa del Rey] it was because I thought he could help."
The appearance against Espanyol was his first since last April, and was merely a 12- minute substitute appearance in place of
Denis Suarez.
The Brazilian has been at Barca since his youth days, having come up through the academy system to feature in the senior side in 2011, with a loan spell at Celta Vigo in 2013/14.
